Offer for partnership at the 17th Internautica® 2012

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please find below the draft offer for potential partnership at the upcoming international boat show, which is to take place from 8th till 13th May 2012 in Marina Portorož.
Firstly, we would like to briefly present the largest Slovenian nautical project, which has continually been striving towards permanent development, growth, excellence and high quality.

Based on longstanding experience, Internautica climbed its way to the very top of global nautical events, which resulted in the international association IFBSO membership, and thus established itself as the central nautical event in Slovenia, as well as in the wider central European region. As in the previous years, Internautica 2012 will host eminent personalities from the shipbuilding industry, leading nautical equipment, clothing and footwear brands.

Nowadays, Internautica has considerable influence on consumption and strategic decisions in the nautical industry, since it basically launches and marks the beginning of the nautical season in the Adriatic. In the previous years Internautica has been recording over 30.000 local and foreign visitors. Furthermore, every year Internautica is offering more exhibition sites to various exhibitors among which one can find leading companies from the Slovenian and global market. Different sports and social events result in numerous interesting acquaintances and business networking.

Internautica is an intersection of the business, sports and social worlds, which alongside warm spring weather and interesting exhibition programme offers countless opportunities for promotion of companies from different economic spheres.

In 2011 we successfully carried out a boat show in autumn – Autumn Nautical Trade Show 2011. High interest and satisfaction of exhibitors and visitors confirmed that this decision was the right one to make. Our wish is to continue cooperating with our business partners – sponsors, also in the autumn event of Internautica. We are positive that with two exclusive events we can reach an even higher level of competitiveness and provide added value to our future partners – sponsors.

 

Below we present in more detail the three options of partnership, namely:

  1. General sponsor or exclusive partner
  2. Golden sponsor or partner
  3. Silver sponsor or partner

 

1. GENERAL sponsor of the international boat show INTERNAUTICA® 2012 (exclusive partner)

Organizer guarantees general sponsor a special, exclusive status and exclusive promotion within the following conditions:

  • By signing the partnership contract, general sponsor gains the exclusive right of appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 and use of the name in their communication and PR activities.
  • With partner contract general sponsor gains the right for exclusive exhibition space at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which is specially defined regarding content and partner's demands.
  • Organizer provides general sponsor exclusive presence, promotion and appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which means there will not be any competitive brands or institutions at the event.
  • With this contract, general sponsor gains the right to advertise their brand on billboards, city lights and other forms of posters that the organizer will distribute in Slovenia in the period before and during the event.
  • Logotypes of general sponsor or their principal brand are mentioned in all advertisements and official print materials of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which are printed after signing the contract of partnership.
  • Logotypes of general sponsor or their principal brand are printed on accreditation passes intended for all exhibitors, media representatives and VIP guests of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012.
  • Logotypes of general sponsor or their principal brand are placed in all advertisements of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which appear monthly, in numerous Slovenian and foreign magazines, as well as in daily newspapers.
  • General sponsor or their programme are provided with the option of publishing a promotional text in exhibitors catalogue and publishing of a two-page advertisement in the exhibitors catalogue intended for visitors with a circulation of 20.000 (average number of visitors per event varies from 20.000 to 30.000).
  • Organizer gives general sponsor the option of a video advertisement on the digital signage system Multidata with a 52'' touch screen. The system comprises 12 strategically set screens at the INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 venue.
  • Organizer gives general sponsor the option of a banner on the web portal www.internautica.net home page.
  • Organizer provides appropriate promotion of general sponsor or his principal brand status in all promotional messages of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012.
  • Organizer enables general sponsor or their principal brand appearance at the main press conference, which is organised approximately twenty days before the beginning of the event.
  • Within their appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 and with prior agreement with the organizer, general sponsor may prepare various promotional activities for their programmes, or in collaboration with the organizer of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 they can organize special promotional events during the boat show.

 

2. Golden sponsor of the international boat show INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 (golden partner)

Organizer guarantees golden sponsor the following promotion:

  • By signing the partnership contract, golden sponsor gains the right of appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 and use of the name in their communication and PR activities.
  • Organizer provides golden sponsor presence, promotion and appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, in the sense of highest quality possible relating to the presentation of their brands or sales programmes.
  • Exhibition space that golden sponsor gains is integral and measures approximately 30 m2
  • Logotype of golden sponsor or their principal brand is mentioned in all official advertisements and print materials of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which are printed after signing the partnership contract.
  • Logotype of golden sponsor or their principal brand is placed in all advertisements of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which appear monthly, in numerous Slovenian and foreign magazines, as well as in daily newspapers.
  • Golden sponsor or their programme are provided with the option of publishing a promotional text in exhibitors catalogue and publishing of advertisement in the exhibitors catalogue intended for visitors with a circulation of 20.000 (average number of visitors per event varies from 20.000 to 30.000).
  • Organizer provides appropriate promotion of golden sponsor or his principal brand's status in all promotional messages of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012.
  • Within their appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 and with prior agreement with the organizer, golden sponsor may prepare various promotional activities for their programmes, or in collaboration with the organizer of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 they can organize special promotional events during the boat show.

 

3. Silver sponsor of the international boat show INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 (silver partner)

Organizer guarantees silver sponsor the following promotion:

  • By signing the partnership contract, silver sponsor gains the right of appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 and use of the name in their communication and PR activities.
  • Organizer provides silver sponsor presence, promotion and appearance at INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, in the sense of highest quality possible relating to presentation of their brands or sales programmes.
  • Silver sponsor gains an exhibition space measuring approximately 16 m2 or they have the opportunity to prepare different promotional activities for their programmes; or in collaboration with organizer of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012 they may organize special promotional events for their sales programmes.
  • Logotype of silver sponsor or their principal brand is mentioned in all official advertisements and print materials of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which are printed after signing the partnership contract.
  • Logotype of silver sponsor or their principal brand is placed in all advertisements of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012, which appear monthly, in numerous Slovenian and foreign magazines, as well as in daily newspapers.
  • Silver sponsor or their programme are provided with the option of publishing a promotional text in exhibitors catalogue and publishing of advertisement in the exhibitors catalogue intended for visitors with a circulation of 20.000 (average number of visitors per event varies from 20.000 to 30.000).
  • Organizer provides appropriate promotion of silver sponsor or his principal brand's status in all promotional messages of INTERNAUTICA ® 2012.

Internautica 2012

The traditional event in May, INTERNAUTICA 2012, will, for the 17th year in a row, open the Adriatic nautical season. Every spring during this event, the Marina Portorož transforms into the INTERNAUTICA exhibition site, which considerably enriches the May event scene on the Slovenian coast. INTERNAUTICA belongs to the more influential nautical events, presenting novelties and attractions from the nautical world to visitors in our region, as well as hosting numerous most prominent global and national boat manufacturers.

In 2011 the organizers also hosted a special, autumn event of INTERNAUTICA, which took place between 15 and 18 September 2011. With special conditions of appearance and extensive advertising of the event, the organizers wanted to offer Slovenian nautical companies something more and additionally stimulate the exhibitors, despite these times full of economic challenges, in order to continue cooperating and presenting their sales and representative programmes within INTERNAUTICA. The event was praised by exhibitors as well as visitors, and this additionally stimulated organisers for the upcoming year. In 2012 they will organize already the 17th international boat show and 3rd new and used boat and nautical equipment fair trade in Marina Portorož.

Boats and nautical equipment trade show

The still unfavourable economic conditions for global and domestic marine industry are one of the main drivers behind the idea to set in motion the autumn edition of the INTERNAUTICA International Boat Show. The organisers have decided to offer companies, engaged in nautical industry, a special opportunity to present to the public and prospective customers their current offer of sales and service programmes also in autumn. Nautical programmes that would otherwise have to wait through the winter days will now be on display at the Autumn Nautical Trade Show 2012.

The showrooms will be arranged in the central part of the venue by the sea. Mooring sites and other exhibition areas will be well prepared and will offer diverse opportunities for high quality presentation of all exhibition programmes and services. A number of accompanying events will also be prepared to make this trade show even more interesting.

Autumn trade show was created with the aim to stimulate better development of the nautical industry in the region. There are many attractive offers for the exhibitors, especially for those who will attend both events.
